The service is really good, super clean and not too busy or crowded. The breakfast is really good better than most generic buffets. As they have a modern menu , where you can order special items on top of the laid out buffet.
really good coffee and I would just go to the hotel for breakfast
the rooms are a bit small but still very comfy beds and clean
Really nice hotel in the heart of Prague.
Look & feel really exceeded our expectations. Shout-out to the breakfast, plenty of options plus delicious a la carte options. Really good quality.
Staff is friendly and everything looks new and clean.
Super recommended :)
Amazing hotel, really well located (from there you can walk to everywhere in the old town and Prague 2)
The staff was really welcoming and helpful. For a really small fee we could check out much later due some train delays which we appreciated.
Just wished the room was a bit less warm, even when turning off the heating it seemed like ventilation with heating was still going on, windows can be opened but it feels a bit of a waste.
This is a nice little hotel that is close to everything without being in the middle of everything. in a 5-minute walk you can be in some very busy areas in old town. It is across the street from the main train station. The breakfast is amazing.
On the card, it is written: Welcome home...
Happy to say that it is even better !!!
Such a warm welcome, a nice place, with splendid decoration and such atmosphere that you never forget.
Definitively THE place I will stay on my next trip to Praha.
Special thanks to Diana for her care
A memorable hotel - everything on site (great breakfast + gym&spa)
The staff is very welcoming and polite too.
However, the bed pillows are far too soft (poor quality or overused?). A quality check seems to be required.
Another aspect is the wall decorations throughout the hotel (public and private areas)… it could definitely be more inclusive to a range of skin tones, figures/shapes… seeing only white slim women on the walls is far from inviting.
Décoration is very nice - very clean
Saunas and hammam are very nice - sports facilities as well.
Bed very comfortable
The staff is nice and discreet and at your service..
Breakfast is very good and it's unlimited (but very expensive 30e/person)
Try the monkey bar - it's cosy, the drinks are very interesting and between 6-7pm (buy 1 get 1 free !)
Immediate proximity to the historical center. And the calm
I really enjoyed the Falkensteiner-it is pretty and practical, with a very helpful staff. The bed was great. I also appreciate the bowls and towels for my dogs. The breakfast buffet is expensive but that is not unusual now. The selection of food was outstanding. The hotel room had great snacks and drinks for purchase and there was a charming restaurant downstairs with an attractive outdoor area. I felt the hotel went to great lengths to accommodate guests and make us comfortable.
